• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the business content you ask us to publish.
• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable third-party platform policies, including Google's policies.

3. Google Business Profile and third-party platforms

Where our services involve managing your Google Business Profile or other third-party accounts, you authorise us to act on your behalf for the agreed tasks. We operate in accordance with the policies of those platforms. You may revoke access at any time, which may affect our ability to provide certain services.

4. Fees

Fees for services are agreed in advance. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable as invoiced. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual property

Content, software and materials we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, you receive the agreed rights to use deliverables for your business. Our own SaaS products and underlying software remain owned by Tesla Online Solution.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with operation, or using the services to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to deliver quality results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or business outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesla Online Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. On termination, we will stop performing the affected services and, where applicable, delete or de-identify associated access credentials as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
