2.3 Google User Data (Google Business Profile API)
When an authorized user connects a Google account to Tesla CRM / GrowthSuite and grants permission through Google's OAuth consent screen, we access a limited set of Google user data solely to operate the features you request. Depending on the scopes you approve, this may include:
- Basic Google account identifiers (such as the account or location ID and the email address associated with the connected profile) used to authenticate the connection.
- Business Profile information for the locations you manage, including business name, address, phone number, categories, hours, service areas, website URLs, attributes, and descriptions.
- Customer reviews and ratings associated with your Business Profile locations, and your responses to those reviews.
- Local posts, updates, offers, events, and media (such as images) published to your Business Profile.
- Business Profile performance metrics and insights (such as views, searches, calls, and direction requests) where made available by Google.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens, which are stored securely and used only to maintain the authorized connection on your behalf.
3. Why We Collect Google User Data and How We Use It
We access, use, store, and share Google user data strictly to provide the business-profile management features you authorize, and for no other purpose. Specifically, we use Google user data to:
- Read, create, update, and synchronize Business Profile information across single or multiple locations on behalf of the authorized business owner.
- Retrieve, display, and respond to customer reviews, including automated or assisted review-response workflows that you configure and approve.
- Create, schedule, and publish local posts, offers, events, and media to your Business Profile.
- Retrieve and display Business Profile insights and performance metrics within reports and dashboards.
- Automate multi-location marketing workflows that you have set up and enabled within Tesla CRM / GrowthSuite.
- Maintain the security, integrity, and correct functioning of the connection between your Google account and our platform.
All access to and use of Google user data is performed only on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the authorized business owner or an administrator they have designated.
4. Limited Use of Google User Data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. In particular, and to the extent required by that policy:

- Our use of Google user data is limited to the practices explicitly disclosed in this Privacy Policy. We will not use it for any purpose not described here without obtaining your prior consent.
5. How We Store and Protect Google User Data and Other Information
